Rental Associate
Kissing Bridge is seeking candidates to assist guests with fitting, issuing, and maintaining ski and snowboard equipment. This role involves providing excellent customer service, ensuring equipment is properly sized and adjusted, and maintaining an organized rental shop.
Responsibilities
- Measure and fit guests for skis, snowboards, boots, helmets, and poles (training provided)
- Explain proper use and care of rental equipment and safety practices
- Adjust and inspect equipment according to safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.
- Inspect, clean, and maintain rental equipment between uses.
- Organize inventory and assist with stocking and equipment tracking.
- Work collaboratively with teammates and other departments
Requirements
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays and weekends
- Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods
- Be willing to work across multiple departments
